We currently ship to all major cities and regions nationwide. International shipping is coming in Q1 2026.

Orders & Shipping

Placing and receiving your orders

Browse products → Select size/color → Click 'Add to Cart' → Review cart → Proceed to secure checkout and complete payment.

You can cancel or modify your order within 60 minutes of placement. After that, it enters processing and cannot be changed.

Standard delivery: 3–5 business days. Express delivery (1–2 days) is available at checkout in supported areas.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Log in → Go to 'My Orders' → Select the order → Click 'Return Item' → Follow the guided process. We’ll arrange pickup or provide a drop-off address.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You’ll be notified via email.
